Not very often does a parcel this size, with as many attributes come up for sale in southern Clinton County, and just a few minutes north of Lansing. This property has been in the same family for about 150 years. Totaling 158 acres this property has all kinds of potential uses! There is some woods, some tillable land, and some water.
